Admission

For ticketed events, every member of the audience must have validated entry. The New Art Gallery Walsall reserves the right to refuse admission to any patron. Where applicable, proof of eligibility for concessions must be shown. Latecomers cannot be permitted for some events.  The unauthorised use of any recording equipment is prohibited.

Refunds and Exchanges

The New Art Gallery Walsall does not issue refunds unless an event is cancelled or sold out. In some cases an exchange of your tickets may be possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. The right to make changes to the advertised programme is reserved.

Data Protection

The New Art Gallery Walsall conforms to the Data Protection Act 1998. By buying a ticket or attending an event at The New Art Gallery Walsall you give consent to being filmed, audio recorded or photographed. Please notify a member of staff if you do not wish to be filmed or photographed.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. Prices are correct at time of going to press and are subject to change without notice. Once purchased, tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
